Overall, there stills seems to be a postive outlook regarding
Dubai's property market. There is a definite slowdown in demand, but so far
prices have continued to either grow slightly or remain stable. The low oil
prices cause uncertainty, but since fundamentals are still in place, the long
term in good. At any rate, investment companies are still betting huge.
